If you have not joined yet, use the official Roblox launch steps before planning your first run.
- Find an egg
- Carry home
- Use a nest
- Choose a mount
- Find your ranch first.
Locate your plot and the nests before leaving. Know which direction brings you home. An egg hunt only pays off when the egg reaches the hatch step; picking it up is the middle of the run.
- Start with a manageable egg.
Ride the mount you can control, explore a short loop and identify the way back. Practice corners and jumps without carrying an egg. A shorter route you can finish beats a distant target that you lose on the return.
- Carry it back and hatch it.
Watch your Egg Basket and the pickup prompt. Head to your plot, use an available nest and let the hatch finish. If pickup fails, check whether you are already carrying an egg before assuming the spawn is broken.
- Decide what the new pet does for you.
Test it as a mount and inspect its ranch income. Travel, cash and collection are different jobs. Keep the pet that improves your next run rather than replacing a comfortable mount purely because another entry looks rarer.
Spend when a run shows the bottleneck
The Gears shop offers radars with a rarity, price and stock. Learn the return trip before spending on finding an egg faster. When your problem is an occupied nest, a radar does not fix it. When your problem is travel, compare mounts under the same conditions.
Use the Index to identify entries you have discovered. Dark silhouettes are a collection gap, not a route recommendation. After your first complete run, set one concrete goal: a better mount, a successful radar hunt, or enough ranch income for your next purchase.
Choose a mount using the pet comparison steps and prepare the egg hunt and return path before spending your early cash.
